Tesla Release New Track, 'Save That Goodness'

Tesla will release Mechanical Resonance Live! on August 28 and the album will feature a new track called "Save That Goodness." It was written by Def Leppard's Phil Collen. I have to say, the song is darn good. I'm glad to hear some new stuff from Tesla.

I like it.

Countdown to the Metalboy! disparagement.

It's ok. This is my problem with new music. And I recognize its MY problem. This song sounds like something I've heard before. From the lyrics to the melody to the "nah nah nah nahs" at the end.

Yuck. Generic crap, and I like Tesla. Phil Collen needs to stick to elevator shoes, spray on hair, & baby oil!

If I listened to this blindfolded, never having heard one note from Teslug, I would STILL tell you THIS is complete CRAP.

It's uninspired AND as BK notes, "Generic Crap".

One of THE dumbest bands on the planet. What makes them even more of a joke is they don't realize just how truly laughable they are, kinda like they're the American version of Spinal Tap!

As I've said before, Jeff Keith is a helluva singer, even if he is also delusional with self entitlement (having two people removed from the audience at a Faster Pussycat show so he could stand in their place).

He should get away from Frank Handjob and the rest of Teslugh to either form a new band or become the lead singer of AC/DC, if Axl decides to bail.

Holy crap! The sound and production is exactly what Tesla need. Hope Collen produces the next record too. This is what Simplicity was desperately lacking.

I dig Tesla for the most part, but "Generic" is the perfect description for this song. also, the production is very digital sounding which is unlike them.

And they hired the guy that did the _Adrenalize_ cover art too!

Or . . . did . . . they???

Might as well make the cover art dumb, too! Know thy audience!
