Videos Of Joe Perry's CD Release Party

This would have been a fun night! Joe Perry held a CD release party at the Roxy in Hollywood on Tuesday. Sweetzerland Manifesto comes out tomorrow. The album features a ton of collaborations with folks like Slash, Robin Zander, Johnny Depp, Gary Cherone and more. The album is on Joe's own label and he wrote most of the tracks by himself.

Geesh. Gary Cherone is one talented fellow with a mighty set of pipes. But he seems convinced that his stage act is cool. Did he learn nothing leading Van Halen into the dumper (with EVH driving) back in the day? Perhaps it is just me.

But, yeah, this does look like it would have been fun to see live. No one has chops like Depp!

What sarcasm? Depp is a Guitar God! And, apparently, quite the ladies man, from Kate Moss to Amber Heard, he’s always shown a chivalrous gesture toward women. NOT!

Perry must be helping Depp out at this point, considering the recent developments that Johnny has apparently blown through his hundreds of millions.

AND, I know for a fact, Cherone is a goof, having personally witnessed his “shtick” while having a few drinks with him at The Cat Club in NYC on more than one occasion back in 1990. Still, you’re right, HIM, there’s no taking away the fact Cherone does have a helluva set of pipes on him to this day.
