It's not bad, but since when is a bunch of guys with goatees, in trucker hats doing warmed over Iron Maiden riffs even remotely glam?

I was also lookin for glam elements. Definitely not the look. The trucker hat must go. The music sounds like glam but not too fond of the leads voice.

Looks glammy enough to me...its not Pretty Boy Floyd or anything but its catchy and melodic and a decent song. I happen to like the vocals a lot.

Meh... no strong opinion either way. Hopefully this isn't the best tune on their album

Junk...snare drum was annoying and vocals painful

Not too bad. Digging the dual guitar solo's ala Priest/Maiden.And Ace, I literally "laughed out loud" at "warmed over Iron Maiden riffs"!!!! (Mainly because that's pretty much what they sound like!) And is it just me, or is anybody else having an extremely hard time buying the 125lb. beanpole singer as the next Jackie frickin' Chan tough guy????
Oh yeah. The chick on the stand up keyboard looks like Mick Mars circa 1985 in the vid's opening minute or 2.....LOL

Hahaha!!! I found this utterly killarious on all accounts mentioned above but actually REALLY kinda like it.

That guitarist burns even if he is a little over effected. And what's with the SEPULTRA shirt. Surely they jest with the incongruous shirt selection totally contrarian to their sound.

Gary! Too funny, is your comment regarding the keyboardist! What are they, anyway? Is this line-up some kind of modern day Paul McCartney and Wings?

Still, like I said, I like 'em! They ROCK!

I stand by my statement. What is even remotely glam about these guys? NOTHING!

Especially when the original post said: "This band is glam, glam, glam!" ... I think NOT. Sounds like somebody needs a refresher course on what Glam is.

Welcome to "Professor Steele's GLAM 101" class:

THIS is Glam - at it's origin: "T REX - Bang a Gong"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdHkaKGgTcg

THIS is Glam - at it's dirty, street level best: "New York Dolls - "Lookin' For A Kiss"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJRfx-19U84

THIS is Glam - Mid 80's LipSync'd Major Label Funded version
Poison - I Want Action

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmqrsi46bL4

THIS is Glam - Mid 80's LipSync'd NON-Label Funded version
Actress - She's So Beautiful, (But I'm So Drunk)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAkvwMjwMwg

Those are ALL Glam. Pure, Sleazy, Glittery...

That Electrik Dynamite band, There's just nothing glam about 'em.

Lesson over.

Agreed. I still kinda like it, even after taking into account everyone's points.

p.s. Thanks for the short course in Glam, Bro!

Glad you liked it MB. There's some gems in that "short course".

As. for "E.D." , right from the beginning, I said they're not bad. They just aren't Glam. And especially not Glam "cubed" X3

Love it all, Ace. And own it all, except Actress.

And Actress is GREAT, Bro!

FYI, I bought the first New York Dolls album (first press) in mint condition back in 1977. Same with T. Rex's "Electric Warrior".

And I bought Poison's "Look What The Cat Dragged In" on the way to Rehobeth Beach, traveling from Washington D.C. on Thursday, August 4th, 1986, two days after it's release. We stopped at a record store about halfway to the beach on the Eastern Shore of Maryland to pick up some cassette tapes to listen to the rest of the way.

We pulled up right in front of the store in the nearly deserted parking lot. As soon as my girlfriend at the time turned off the car, I heard the beginning strains of "Cry Tough" For the first time. That huge, fat, Coke bottle glasses donning, bald shop owner must have seen me coming and the rest, as they say, is history!
