This Is... Metallica

Metallica proves they rule by starring in an ESPN promo... part of the famous "This Is SportsCenter" series. Yes.

Yep...they've made it mainstream now! Metal is for everyone and their grandmother. No joke. Love it.

I love those ESPN commercials, and it's good to see Metallica still has a sense of humor. Great bit with Kirk at the end.

Of course, as is typical in Metallica history, the bass player doesn't get to speak!

Does anyone remember when Metallica used to actually be a thrash metal band? Theyve regressed with every release since the black album, imo. Im not surprised theyre doing something to make yet more $ though, thats all anyone's worried about anymore(crue def included).

I'll always respect the hell out of these guys. I won't say any more, they're starting to just be whatever to me.

GREAT Spot! GREAT Campaign!

I give credit to those who created the add AND to Metallica for doing a helluva job in it's filming, even if I don't really like anything they've done after the first 3 albums.

BK, my apologies...

I'm showing my lack of knowledge concerning Metallica. What album is AJFA?
