Who Is This Band?

Literally, I'm asking - can anyone identify this band? The photo has been making the rounds and it was texted to me last night. I've got no clue - so let's hear your best guesses. Happy Friday!

Wow.....I have NO idea.

My guess would've that it was a local band that had the look down and made a good run at, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I know here in CT, back in the day, we had a couple bands like that (Society's Children and Promises, Promises both come to mind). Both we entirely capable of getting the big break, but unfortunately it didn't happen for either.

Well the shape of the beer bottles should date the picture a bit. And you would think that 2 guys in the band wearing hats would be a dead giveaway on jogging someone's memory, right ? Also, are they playing cards on an actual fold up card table that my aunt used to get out of the closet for Thanksgiving for the kids to sit at ?!? Love it !!

No clue who they are, maybe we just name them ourselves ?

Given the nature of the picture, I'd name them:

Its a band from Cincinnati called 'The Take'.

Yup, I just checked out "The Take's" youtube channel, and that's them. They sound pretty damn good actually, and given I"m in Louisville, I may go have to check them out sometime. There's even a color version of this same picture on the site. This is an amazing community that somebody would just know that band. BTW, I also like Brian's name better!
