I wish bass player Todd Kerns sang in this band, he sounded great on the first Sin City Sinners album.

Saw them last time around in Balt. One of my ALL TIME favorite concerts. Electric

SLASH ft. zzzzzz...

No wonder he wished Axl a Happy Birthday.

Totally agree Metalboy. Myles Kennedy is the most overrated singer out there. Dude oversings everything. Pure rubbish.

I saw these guys about a year or two ago and (I know I'm gonna get slammed for this) the reaction I came away with was, "meh... a decent bar-band/GnR cover band with a good guitarist." Now I know everybody loves trashing Axl and the "new" GnR, but in all honesty, as a HUGE GnR fan, I'd rather see them than Slash and his band/singer. At least when I've gone to see GnR over the last 10 years or so it still sounds like GnR.

Exited for the Baltimore show. Myles Kennedy is one of the Top 5 vocalists in rock and metal today!

Wish they would dump the singer. I find his voice so generic and awful. Slash still shreds though. Latest album actually has some good riffs on it but is totally ruined by the vocals. Michael Monroe would be a great choice.

Totally agree with all except Jeff (no hard feelings, boy). Now back to ruthlessly trashing Mild Blandedly. Kenny, Eddie and Eric are all correct and Eric all of you bring up good points...

Kenny is right when he says Kennedy oversings everything. What's worse is no matter how hard he tries he just sounds generic, as Eric points out.

I also agree with Eddie... At this point, I'd rather see the Axl version as I think not only he but Ashba, Bumblefoot, Reed, Stinson, Fortus, Ferrar, Pittman, et al, play with more passion and conviction than Slash and joker Kennedy and his so called Conspirators.

I mean, I just don't get it... What? Cuz he got burned by Weiland or some other bullsh*t, he can't handle another REAL singer? It is so unfortunate he either can't recognize Kennedy's shortfalls or is it he's willing to put up with him cuz he's a complacent "Yes" man or just plain doesn't care.

What a disservice he did to his legions of truly loyal Rock n' Roller fans who still maintain so much undying love for the man, as well as all the original members when we all had to settle for nobody Kennedy to sing lead during their performance at The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Regardless, surer than hell, he could team up with so many different singers and Eric's choice of Monroe would be an excellent one!

Even better would be for he an Axl to hug it out and get on with getting back together before it's too late.

I respect everyone's opinion on here, but the truth is Myles can sing circles around Axl any day of the week including the Appetite era of GnR.

^^^^^ 100% false.

Hardly. I just use my ears and common sense.

Hmmm, funny, I don't recall Axl being contacted by Jimmy Page to be Robert Plant's replacement in the mighty Zep, flying out to England to rehearse and lay down tracks. I also don't recall Axl being the front man in two successful bands at the same time. The fact is, Myles sings GnR songs better than Axl did when he tours with Slash.

Miles "atrocious" Kennedy is one of the most boring lifeless singers ever.
I really can't wrap my mind around why Slash keeps wasting his time/talent w/this fool.

Slash w/Axl Rose=Brilliant!!!
Slash w/Scott Weiland=Pretty Damn Good!!
Slash w/Miles "bland" Kennedy=CRAP!

Cmon - we are comparing singers here ??!?!

There is a reason Slash sticks with Myles. 2 good albums, but trying to compare to possibly the singer of the greatest album of all time ?

The dude is a RnR singer plain and simple.

Axl can't sing like he used to. The songs are all changed because you can't hit the notes anymore. Therefore I'd rather listen to Myles Kennedy
