Guns n' Roses Makes A.I. Video

Guns n' Roses made an official video for their new song "The General." The video was made with A.I. - so all computer generated images of the band. Basically it looks like a video game. I mean, it's not my thing really, but the concept is cool I guess.

Another Holy Grail Album For Me - 37 Years Later

One of my holy grail albums is an original copy of the Guns n' Roses EP “Live, ?!*@ Like A Suicide.” Since so few were made, it is increasingly hard to find an original pressing. Today, the EP is 37 years old.

There are a couple for sale online now in the $400 range, but this is one of those purchases I would like to see in person first. #VinylProblems

Guns n' Roses Release 'The General'

Guns n' Roses have officially released a new song called "The General." A live book of the track leaked online a few weeks ago and was promptly removed from streaming platforms. Now it seems we can actually enjoy the final version of this song. "The General" is the B-side track to "Perhaps" which was officially released over the summer.

No, this isn't Appetite era GnR - so don't expect that at all. It isn't even exactly Chinese Democracy era either. Still, it's new Guns, so who are we to complain?

Guns n' Roses, 'The General' -- New Song

After years and years of speculation and waiting, Guns n' Roses has finally debuted their new song "The General."

"The General" is from the Chinese Democracy days. It definitely has that vibe. GnR performed the song for the first time ever at the Hollywood Bowl last night. Such lucky folks in the crowd!

The Best Paul McCartney & Wings Cover Of All Time: Guns n' Roses

Happy Friday the 13th!

Guns n' Roses knocked it out of the park when they covered "Live And Let Die." The song was originally recorded by Paul McCartney and Wings in 1973. The song is the official theme of the James Bond film of the same name.

Guns n' Roses released their version of the song on the Use Your Illusion ! album. The 1993 single was a hit for Guns n' Roses - and to this day, I still crank it loud whenever I hear the track. For both the original and GnR version, I never tire of the song.

The Best Aerosmith Covers Of All Time: Guns n' Roses

It's well documented that the members of Guns n' Roses have an affinity for Aerosmith. It's no surprise, then, that GnR covered Aerosmith early and often in their career.

"Mama Kin" is a song on Aerosmith's self-titled debut album. Steven Tyler wrote the song and he famously has the title tattooed on his arm. The band once owned a bar in Boston called "Mama Kin Music Hall."

Guns n' Roses included a live version of "Mama Kin" on their 1988 album Lies.

Axl Rose's vocals are undeniably distinct, and he brings his unique voice to the cover. While Steven Tyler's original vocals are hard to match (and really can't be), Axl's interpretation adds a new layer of energy to the track. His soaring high notes and raspy delivery provide a fitting tribute to the original.

Guns n' Roses, 'Perhaps' -- Official Video

Guns n' Roses has shared their official video for the new track "Perhaps." It's a live video with slick editing. I like it. Also, big T.G.I.F. from me!
