Sharing Vocals?

So apparently everyone in Def Leppard is going to take a turn at lead vocals on their next album. I'm not sure how I feel about this. On one hand, I don't hate it. Still, will it sound like Def Leppard? We all know Joe Elliott doesn't sound like the Pyromania days any more, but still...

Remember When Aerosmith Was On 'Wayne's World?'

Ok, it wasn't so much Wayne's World as it was Saturday Night Live... but still. Aerosmith tweeted their classic SNL performance yesterday and I watched the whole bit... again... for about the upteenth time. I really loved the Wayne's World skits and the movies, too! Yes, I even had the soundtracks! Good memories. I also love that Tom Hanks was the roadie during the skit.

Skid Row Re-Record '18 and Life' and I Lose It

This is completely absurd. Skid Row just re-recorded "18 and Life" with new singer Tony Harnell. You can hear it below. I don't understand why anyone would think this is a good idea. The original (the only) "18 and Life" features Sebastian Bach on vocals! The Skid Row debut was a slice of magic. It can't be recreated. Heck, not even the guitar parts sound as good in this 2015 re-recorded version. This just seems like a lousy thing to do - like the members of Skid Row are hell-bent on destroying whatever positive legacy they had left or something.

Meet The Cruel Intentions

Do you remember Lizzy DeVine from Vains of Jenna? He's back with a new band called The Cruel Intentions. The band's first video and single is "Borderline Crazy." It has potential for sure and will be interesting to see what the band releases as a proper, full debut.
