L.A. Guns, 'Sticky Fingers'

Woo boy! L.A. Guns have just released the audio of "Sticky Fingers," another track off their upcoming album The Missing Peace. That record comes out October 6.
This is another good one. The Missing Peace is going to be very strong I think. Phil Lewis and Tracii Guns belong together, for better or worse. Enjoy.

I loved "Speed" (with the exception of the F-bombs), and "Sticky Fingers" is every bit as strong. During the show, they played "Speed" and a slower song from the new album called "The Flood Is The Foult Of The Rain" (according to Wikipedia, not sure if that's misspelled or a British spelling).
I'm really looking forward to "The Missing Peace." I just order Quiet Riot's "Road Rage," and while it has its moments, overall it is not very strong. But Phil and Tracii (and Michael Grant from Endeverafter) seem to really be bringing back the sound and style we love.
Lewis and Guns do seem to be a perfect fit. Nice to see that they could make this happen. But I have to ask again: does anyone know what went down, with Lewis and Guns getting together again and Riley getting the cold shoulder? You would think more details would be out there on the interwebs.
It's a great song as well!

Very funny HIM, regarding Riley calling Lawless on his PAGER, hahaha!!!
Actually, BK, it's NOT just money that has Riley as the odd man out in this reunion. Watch the old interviews on "That Metal Show" with Guns blasting Riley and then the one with Riley and Lewis about Guns. Glad to see Guns and Lewis were able to hug it out to deliver what's shaping up to be one of THE BEST Rock & Roll albums of the decade.
As I've mentioned before over the years, I saw the first two versions of L.A. Guns BEFORE Guns and Lewis parted ways ... The first time in L.A. in '87 at The Country Club on a lark (Saw their ad in "L.A. Rocker" weekly) when they first hit the scene. I then saw them soon after in Maryland, once at Hammerjack's in Baltimore and then at The Cat Club and The Ritz in NYC. Everyone of those shows were incredible with Guns ENORMOUS guitar virtuosity on full display.
I look forward to catching them on the upcoming Monsters of Rock Cruise. Yes, they're THAT Good that I would even be willing to tolerate Teslug for the chance to see these guys performing together again.
p.s. Also, a quick nod to second guitarist Michael Grant, a super nice guy and extraordinary guitar slinger in his own right, who, I believe is earning his stripes by sticking around in this current line-up!
