A Full 35 Years Of 'Skid Row'

There's not a bag song on this one! Today, Skid Row's self-titled debut turns 35. For me, "I Remember You" is the signature power ballad of the era. It's still one of my most favorite songs.

I am still looking for an original pressing of this one on vinyl. I like to find stuff in the wild versus always just going online. I know I will find Skid Row in one of the bins someday!

Bon Jovi Announces Four-Part DocuSeries

Coming April 26 to Hulu is a new Bon Jovi documentary called Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story. I don't currently have Hulu because so-many-streaming-services but I will probably sign up for a trial (again) to watch this. This will be the first comprehensive documentary on Bon Jovi's history and I bet it will be good.

Crazy Lixx, 'Ain't No Rest In Rock N' Roll' -- New Song, Video

Crazy Lixx has shared another new song from their upcoming album Two Shots At Glory. The new song is called "Ain't No Rest In Rock N' Roll." I love that Crazy Lixx use 80s and 90s metal movies for their current videos. The clips in the video below are from the movie Airheads! (Yes, I love that stupid movie).

The Rise of the Decades

Looking up something about George Lynch, I stumbled across a new tour called The Rise of the Decades. The tour features all kinds of different rockers, including George Lynch. There will also be up and coming artists on the tour too.

Right now, the socials are promoting a show on February 3 in Detroit. Seems interesting and I wanted to share. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this page and touring project to see what shows pop-up next.

Judas Priest, 'Crown of Horns' -- Lyric Video

New music Saturday! Judas Priest just released a lyric video for their track "Crown of Horns" from the new album Invincible Shield due in early March. You can't go wrong with Priest -- a statement backed up by the fact that the album is coming out on Sony. Not all that many metal acts on major labels anymore, so this is a big deal.

Mr. Big Adds More Tour Dates

Mr. Big has added some more tour dates for their "big finish" run. One of the new dates is an extra Cincinnati show! The band is playing Lean Into It all the way through which is very cool.
