Jesse Kinch Performs Original Songs

Jesse Kinch, winner of Rising Star, is in the middle of working on his debut album (his win earned him a deal with Capitol Records). Recently he tweeted performance videos of some of his original songs. Jesse sang the tunes during his homecoming show at Long Island University. I'm pulling for this kid to make it in the music industry. The rock world needs him.

Steven Tyler Performs Acoustic Version of "Amazing"

Recovery Unplugged is a drug treatment center that uses music therapy to help clients beat addiction. Richie Supa is a director of creative recovery for the center. He also happens to be a lifelong friend of Steven Tyler and Aerosmith. To that end, Richie invited Steven to the Florida treatment center to perform for clients. Steven did an acoustic version of "Amazing" which pretty much lived up to the song title. Supa also shares a writing credit on "Amazing."

Gene Simmons Makes Money Off Android

Gene Simmons can turn a nickel into a million bucks, so it's no surprise he's found another way to monetize on of the best known KISS tunes of all time. "Rock and Roll All Nite" - performed by cartoon versions of the guys in KISS - star in a new commercial for Android. Pretty smart (and cute) if you ask me.
