"We are thrilled to announce the addition of these two concerts that will enhance an exciting weekend that already features the return of our powerboat races," said Herb Malone, president/CEO of Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism. "We are extremely pleased that fans will have a weekend filled with exciting race action and capped off with two nights of phenomenal beachside music."

This is sweet indeed!! Jovi has continuously ignored this region of the US for decades so I'm pretty shocked!! I'll be on vacation that week so my condo is booked, tickets reserved, and ready to have fun on the beach in Oct. who all is coming down to party at the FloraBama? Gulf Shores is the place to be the weekend of Oct.15!!!

Glad to see Bon Jovi is continuing to donate their time to give back considering Johnny Boy and Samborefest stole "I'll Be There For You" from Joe Ellis of Cats In Boots.

At least some of the money they made off him and others will go to something worthwhile besides some glorified Jai Alai team or whatever it is he normally wastes his money on.

How about donating money back to the poor starving musicians they stole from. Don't forget the Boston Musician, Bart Steele who also has a problem with Bon Jovi. This was all over the new here in Central New York.

I did speak to Joel Ellis awhile ago and told him he should put the song up on his site. {I also played on some of Joels new demo's} My issue with Bon Jovi is I met the guy back in the day at a small club called The Lost Horizon in Syracuse NY. Lets just say if it wasn't for Doc {his manager at the time} I wouldn't have gotten an autograph. I then met him backstage in Utica NY at the Auditorium, {Cinderella supported}. The second time was worst than the first time. I got treated better by meeting King Diamond, Dio, Dee Snider, etc., than Bon Jovi. I give anybody credit to try to make in this music business. He is just that one person..........that was bad out of the bunch.
