Reckless Love, 'Night On Fire' -- New Video

This has to be the most Glam video I've seen in a very long time. Reckless Love just released their clip for "Night On Fire." The song is from the band's upcoming third album.

Reckless Love continues to be the "Keeper Of The Flame" of all that is Glam Rock! Good to see they still have a recording deal and video budget! If this were 1989, these guys would be playing the hugest stadiums. I hope this boosts them thru the roof of the public's collective consciousness. After "Beautiful Bomb" & "Hot" , these guys should be massive.

I totally agree Ace. America needs to see these bands.

Agreed. But not many people I know have heard of them here in Canada.... Lets help bring them bigger success

Lots to like about Reckless Love..image...sound...my biggest problem is that keyboards are way too prominent in all of their songs.

Brian, I totally agree that America needs to see them to appreciate them. I lucked into seeing 'em play a tiny (& I do mean TINY) club in L.A., the Viper Room on Thanksgiving eve a year or so ago. No advertisement, no nothing... 75 /100 people? Imagine if these guys were the opening act for, say... KISS's upcoming "Monster" tour. (same record label.. Universal! It could happen.) They'd instantly be seen by 100's of thousands of potential new fans in their target market demographic. I'm going to guess that what's holding them back is either a lack of powerful management or lack of a powerful booking agency. Much like STARZ in the 70's, all the talent, looks, music, & show are there. It's up to the music machinery of the business to get them what they deserve.

Cool video... Though I like this band I put them behind bands like CrashDiet, Crazy Lixx, Lynam, Toxic Heart,The Last Vegas, and White Widdow as far as newer bands go. I've looked into getting a couple of these bands for my annual "M-Pre Party" the last couple years but the timing just doesn't quite work out. Maybe another year. I was glad DIEMONDS was able to make the trip down from Canada for this year's "M-Pre Party".

No Doubt...if it was 1989...they would be huge..but regardless they are terrific....I love the idea of them getting the upcoming Kiss tour support slot..would be awesome. I do find myself always trying to describe RL's sound to others..I usually say..take White Lion..add a little Danger/Danger and a healthy dose of Bon Jovi/Def Lep..and Roth era Van halen...and you have Reckless Love...am I all wet all do others agree?..thanks-Gene

My vent on a Monday ~ Bret Michaels sucks. If anyone pays $$ to see this half ass attempt at a rock n roll show should turn in their Bring Back Glam card promptly. I vent because his tours mainly consist of county fairs, larger bars and casinos nowadays. But how the hell does this:

1.Talk Dirty To Me
2.Sweet Home Alabama
3.Go That Far Play
4.Your Mama Don't Dance
5.Something To Believe In
6.What I Got
7.Unskinny Bop
8.Drum Solo
9.Every Rose Has Its Thorn
10.Look What The Cat Dragged In Play
11.Fallen Angel
Encore:
12: Nothin' but a Good Time

constitute a good show ???? And he does it every night. 12 songs - 7 Poison tunes, 3 covers (of which 2 are really ABYSSMAL), 1 Bret tune, and a 1 drum solo.

"thank you and god bless for being such great fans over the years...blah, blah, blah"

Hopefully real fans catch onto this stink that is Bret Michaels.

Huge fan of these guys. Very strong debut and awesome sophomore effort. Here's to hoping these guys come to the states and finally light a fire under the new wave glam movement. RL rocks!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is on what will be their 3rd record, correct?

3rd album, indeed, Ace. Love it that you referred to it as a record. You really do wish it was 1989 again, don't you?, hahaha!!! Well, me, too! And so do these guys, no doubt.

Talk about studying a genre passionately and then taking it a step further! Say, hello to Reckless Love! Ever since "Beautiful Bomb", best song of the year, that year, came out, I knew these guys were gonna be huge! I like y'all's idea of putting 'em on KISS's tour this year.

These guys are really good. I personally like them a lot. I wish more of these great Euro glam bands would make it here to the States.

Side note. Ollie's old band Crashdiet recently made it here to Detroit. Promoters did nothing to fill the club. Only about 75 people there to witness the greatest performance I have seen in a very long time. While I like the album he did with Crashdiet I am glad he left to persue his RL project because I am a major fan of both bands now.

LONG LIVE GLAM!
THE 80'S WILL FOREVER LIVE ON!

u guys should listen to other finnish glam band Santa Cruz. Their debut Screaming for Adrenaline just came out and its a fukin classic. The singles Aiming High and Relentless Renegades arent imo the strongest songs they're good tho, but songs like Nothing Compares to You, Sweet Sensation and High On You are insane. U gotta listen this album thru.

Animal Attraction got me in to these guys. I like that they continue to release quality tunes!
