Farewell Jack Bruce

Jack Bruce of Cream has died. He was 71. Since I'm a classic rock fan, I thought it was important to mention this news. We should celebrate Jack's voice and bass skills with a classic hit.

Jack Bruce was and still remains "One of The Greats". God Bless & God Speed to him and his Family & Friends.
Below are some clips in tribute to Bruce and the band Bruce was instrumental in making immortal as we now realize, it can never happen again, especially considering the state of drummer Ginger Baker's health, as well:
CREAM, "White Room/Crossroads/Badge" Live -- 2005:

p.s. And don't forget to watch Jack Bruce in "Beware Mr. Baker", the incredible documentary about Ginger Baker. The entire movie is available on YouTube, as well as a funny interview with Bruce about the film.
Granted, they couldn't have done it without Jack Bruce, but they are still worthy of mention in The Pantheon of Great Bass Players!
I never did get to see Bruce. Wish I had seen that CREAM reunion. What the h*ll was I thinking!
Did see Entwistle with The Who in 2000 at Madison Square Garden. You're right -- He IS an artist, just like Jack Bruce.
