Junkyard Reunites, Video Proof

Junkyard recently reunited for a special show at the Whisky A Go-Go and of course some fan filmed videos surfaced! The band played some of their most famous tracks including "Blooze" and "Hollywood."

I'll never forget the 1st when The Black Crowes opened for them and Junkyard made The Crowes look like their bellhops.
Interesting to note Junkyard's D.C. Punk roots as the dual guitar attack was formed by two ex-members of two bands from the D.C. Hardcore Scene, Dag Nasty and Minor Threat. It's quite evident in their sound which is part Ramones, part ZZ Top with a Vince Neilesque sounding lead singer.
At one point during the 1st show, as the D.C. Boys who came up for the performance were swan diving off the rage into the moshpit that had formed in front of the stage, the lead singer, upon surveying the ensuing mayhem unfolding before him, sat down on the drum riser, calmly took a sip from his bottle of Bud and declared, "Yup, just good people having a good time."
Indeed, as the clips attest, it looks like the same held true at The Whisky that night. Let's hope it leads to more shows. Would have loved to have seen 'em on The Monsters of Rock Cruise, setting sale a week from tomorrow! Maybe next year!
You are so fu<king clueless,
You sound like some idiot who stopped listening to glam metal for a while and then tried to act like you were a fan all along. You are a pathetic POS.
