The fifth Kiss Kruise just wrapped up and of course, some performance videos are popping up online. Here's an awesome clip of the band doing "Flaming Youth."

Too many of our favorite bands "go for rote" nowadays. And even if they don't hit the highs they once did, seeing them try is often better than not.
Sidebar: it boggles my mind that _Destroyer_ is close to being 40 years old!
Watching this compelled me to check out "Flaming Youth" live from "The Lost Concert" currently posted on YouTube filmed in black & white in 1976.
I actually think this version Al has posted here is pretty amazing and agree with all it's good to see them "stretch out" as HIM describes, when so many of our other favorite bands (Poison, Cinderella & Crüe, etc) play virtually the same set night after night.
But, alas, BK and Ace allude to the brutal fact that this video makes one pine to see the original band, even asking yourself why they can't get back together as no reason seems good enough.
Watch "The Lost Concert" on YouTube and it will make you long for it even more!

Unfortunately, no "Flamin' Youth"...but they were crazy on fire... {Or snow in Criss's case}
Nothin' like rushing the beat, Peter! 90 minute show in 80 minutes!
Stunning stuff!
p.s. I saw the original line-up point blank at Madison Square Garden on the '96 reunion tour... As great as it was, the performances don't hold a candle to this!
