Kid Rock, Soundgarden To Headline Northern Invasion

Kid Rock, Soundgarden, Godsmack, The Offspring, Bush, Papa Roach and many more will play the 2017 version of Northern Invasion. The fest will take place in Somerset, WI on May 13 and 14, 2017. This is another AEG Live festival. It's kind of interesting all the May AEG fests seem to have different headliners this year. A transition from the way things usually go.

Good point to note/catch, Allyson. Even a bit of variety at the top is an improvement for a monolith like AEG (and even though the repeats below the top-tier seem to be par for the course).

I wonder if Chris Cornell will buy any T-shirts from Kid Rock's new clothing line? Oh wait. Scratch that.

Just up the road for me, sounds like a nice way to spend a May Weekend. Rival Sons as a little bonus band in all of that. Sweet !

This first decent band in the line-up is Offspring, followed by The Pretty Reckless, The Struts, Fozzy and, yes, probably stealing the show, Rival Sons!
