Ace Frehley and Paul Stanley Release Music Video

They might not love each other, but Ace Frehley and Paul Stanely have a relationship of sorts, so it is no surprise that the duo has teamed up for a cover song.

The pair just covered "Fire and Water" by FREE and they even made a video for the track. The song is from Ace Frehley's Origins Volume 1.

I have to say that Paul and Ace both sound killer on this track.

I wonder if Richie Scarlett, the other guitarist in Frehley's band, was cool about being excluded from the video shoot. (at the Roxy in L.A.)

He was probably OK with it because he knows that without Paul, Ace wouldn't have become a superstar thus Ace's band wouldn't exist today, so I'm sure he must be OK with Paul of all people taking his place in the video...

Starchild pretty much functions as a stand up singer wearing a guitar here. I just don't get why Scarlett wouldn't have been stuck in his corner of the stage, as usual.

Ace is putting out better music than KISS recently, this sounds great, I hope they can do a whole album.
