Twisted Sister will headline Rock Carnival as part of their "final farewell." The festival is September 30 - October 2. A weekend pass is under a hundred bucks.
Twisted Sister is what it is, retiring as The Kings of Neanderthal Rock.
My curiosity is raised by the way they billed Tom Keifer, as it's misleading. Cinderella, as a band with Tom Keifer as the frontman, would always be worth seeing, as they are one of The REAL Big Four (Motlëy Crüe, RATT, Cinderella & Poison, in that order). From what I've watched, Keifer solo isn't worth it. To imply it's Cinderella is deceptive as his solo act is far from it.
Who IS worth seeing in this bunch is Texas Hippie Coalition. They are BADA*S!!!
It's a damn shame there's not enough interest from promoters in the USA for them to do a final run. This is kinda cool though, Overkill and TS on the same bill?? I'd be there in a heartbeat, too bad I don't live back there though. You're right about Texas Hippie Coalition Metalboy! They're the real deal. I'm sure Tom and Ace are gonna be great too.

They shouldn't finish at a festival. Should be one night at MSG or Barclay Center in Brooklyn.
Guess they can't fill it. Shame

But not as bad as Michaels without POISON! That is sheer mediocre halfa*sedness at it's finest!
