Michael Monroe Releases New Album

I didn't realize it, but the "new" Michael Monroe album is out now. It's called The Best and you can listen free if you have Amazon Music Unlimited. I have that premium service, so I just added the album to my listening list! You'll get remastered versions of some great tracks. There is no one more Glam than Michael Monroe. Good stuff to start a Monday for sure.

I read about this a few days ago...
So I went to my local music store yesterday & they did not have it & this store would have carried it, cause they actually have a Hanoi Rocks & Michael Monroe section.

Amazon says it's not being released til July 7...

So I'm a little confused???

Yeah, I'm on the American one, I buy stuff from Amazon all the time.
It initially says June 9 but I just now put the CD in my cart & all the sudden it says I can pre order it for the July 7 release date.
I'm guessing the actual physical CD doesn't come out til July 7.
I don't "iTunes" stuff or any of that jazz so I guess I'll have to wait...

Gary: I was watching news reports of the trial. It's being covered in this area greatly as Cosby lives just outside of Phillly. One of his victims (a model) was being interviewed and she stated that she factually knows that Quincy Jones repeatedly warned Cosby about his behavior (and saw texts messages sent) as he also did with Michael Jackson.

Qunicy Jones is much more than a music producer. Props to him.

Gary: The lunacy continues. I said at the beginning of this trial (celebrity aside) that he would be acquitted or it would be a hung jury. I said this based on the following:

1) Donald Trump got elected. (So much for sanity)
2) Casey Anthony was acquitted, so was OJ Simpleman
3) People are so divided these days that even listening to a solid, rationale point of view if possible is, in fact, impossible- forget twelve people to do so.

You want twelve people (or steps)? Go to an AA meeting.

Cosby purchased an ample supply of Quaaludes to keep as back up. This wasn't a one time opportunistic crime...his behavior is predatory. PA forensic associates...LISTEN UP! I tried to help you too- simply call me quincy.

4) celebrity status is an (thee) aphrodisiac.

5) I spent YEARS trying to explain to Metalboy! the opposition I was up against; each and every single day and she still went after me with all of her might nonetheless; believing every stupid thing that I was ever accused of. That opposition was not only out on the street, but at every social and family gathering...hence, 20 years later...we have the Donald as president and Sue and Bob are still preaching how wrong I was (am).

And if you don't believe me...look up every post she posted about trump never being electable.

It's about doing it the right way each and every single day...hence my argument to Bryn Marw (and bob and sue): Why are you making me read about how "therapy" came to fruition? If I was a medical student, shouldn't I be more concerned about curing an illness rather that reading about all the ways that failed before me?
