L.A. Guns Perform New Song “The Devil You Know”

L.A. Guns are working on a new studio album. They've already started playing one of their new songs live. It's called "The Devil You Know."

Tracii Guns and Phil Lewis back together again really equals some great rock. It's too bad all those years were wasted with them not speaking. I'm looking forward to the new album.

Meh, sounds like nothing that's gonna get them any new fans. Speaking for myself, I was very disappointed with their last effort, and I've been a big fan since their self titled. Takes more than just the members in the band for me to pop, the music actually has to be good for me. Seems to me they're trying to be something they aren't these days. Someone let me know when they release anything like rip and tear or sex action! Just to add, I thought Hollywood Forever was excellent.

Wow, love it! Can't wait for the new album. The Missing Peace was amazing and fits in well with their catalog.

Sounds like a throw away cut off of any Sabbath album to me. Not bad, but not grab you by the spuds either.

I hear Zeppelin and Sabbath in this which are great influences to cop from.

It also wouldn’t be the first time we are hearing Zeppelinesque sounds coming from Guns’ guitar but the Sabbath thing is new.

Supposedly Guns and Lewis hate each other but I don’t see it. Or hear it. To me, this sounds like they are stretching out creatively and it may be fortelling what could be shaping as a great follow up to “The Missing Peace”.

Other than the first 15 secs of the opening guitar tone, I hear exactly 0 Sabbath. And can Phil Lewis please stop acting like he's ripped? Just cuz u aren't exactly fat doesn't mean you should rock a wife beater. It's over, Johnny. Lol

I also heard the Sabbath influence Metalboy! Interesting direction to go, if the album is a representation of that I'm sure it will be great. The Missing Peace I thought was their best since Cocked And Loaded and was the best of 2017 in my opinion. Hopefully they can top it.
