Jetboy, 'Born To Fly' -- New Video

Jetboy has released the video for "Born To Fly" which is the title track to the band's upcoming album. The album will come out January 25. I have to say, all the comments I've seen online are positive - people seem pumped about this new music, so good for Jetboy.

I just had to do that. that picture above begged me to do it. Apologies to the band and the fans. A decent enough song.
I do my little turn on the catwalk . . .
Sorry. I will stop.
I really like it the guitar sound is killer. I will buy this!
I was fortunate to see ‘em at M3 several years ago when they first got back together with the original line-up, but I envy Shawn who got to see ‘em all those times back in the day!
p.s. Haha!! HIM, once again, you’ve cleverly hit on a topic — Doppelgängers in Rock ... Here are a couple off the top of my head, That dude from The Struts and Freddy Mercury. The lead singer from a Baton Rouge back in the day and Jimmy Page. And lately, don’t know if you all noticed, but Bobby Dahl of Poison looks like Tom Petersson of Cheap Trick now!
In other new music news, Alice in Chain's newest, Rainier Fog, just dropped today. Interesting and a bit different from the previous two. Not sure if Duvall is being allowed to stretch his wings, or if Cantrell is just trying to change things up a bit (just a bit), but it is a solid release. And guess who guests on it? Chris DeGarmo on the song "Drone." Won't convert any new fans. But long-time fans who don't mind this second iteration of the band won't be disappointed. Alternative Nation and Consequence of Sound both have reasonable review of the album if any of you are interested.
Even better news (for me)? I get to see them this Sunday with The Cult (and the mighty Tempesta behind the kit!). Not a bad way to say goodbye to the summer concerts (while waiting to see Priest/Purple and Ozzy in the early fall). Yes, I do have to trudge through STP and Bush. But it will be worth it (and "Machinehead" isn't a half bad song).
Sorry to hijack the post . . .
