Questions For James Kottak?

I'm interviewing James Kottak tomorrow for the Dayton City Paper. Kingdom Come will preform in my area soon and I'm advancing the show.
Kingdom Come is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the band's debut album with a tour. It's pretty cool because Autograph and Killer Dwarfs will be at my show too.
You might recall Kottak played on Kingdom Come's first two albums.
So let me have your questions!

Who treated you guys well/who didn't?
Who did you learn from most on that tour? Why?
What was your pay per gig?
What was it like playing drums in Montrose and then opening for Van Hagar a year later?
Did the MOR launch your relationship with the Scorpions and/or how did that gig come about?
Have you ever met Robert Plant or Jimi Page? Do you know what they think of KC?
Can I have your thoughts on Jani Lane and working with Warrant on Ultraphobic?
What were your 3 highest/lowest points in your career?
Analogy...Kingdom Come to Led Zeppelin is like Bulletboys to ________?(I'm kidding)
What is it like to sustain yourself as a working musician in today's fragmented music industry?
He remarked he no longer felt like moving forward with Kingdom Come, in essence conveying he was gonna hang it up once and for all.
I was lucky enough to see them POINT BLANK opening for Warrant at Hanmerjack’s in Baltimore back in the day.
I agree, with bkallday and others, that a question about Lenny would be interesting. He keeps saying that Lenny gave them his blessing. But I always wonder about that. By the end, the band _was_ Lenny. So is he just giving it up, legally and creatively? His comments online (Lenny's) suggest(ed) that when he said it was over, it was over. So I would love a shade more detail from Kottack about that.
I admit, I loved Kingdom Come and thought the haters were a bit too harsh. My actual favorite album by them (Lemmy, really) was _Hands of Time_, esp. "I've Been Trying." I was like, "finally, they are branching out a bit!" Then I looked at the hired guns and the liner notes. I was like, "Oh well, I still like it!"
