'An Oral History Of Hair Metal'

Classic Rock and Louder Sound magazine have a nice feature up right now: "An Oral History of Hair Metal." A lot of favorites are interviewed for the piece. It's a fun read for a Saturday morning and I was surprised to see it - enjoy!

Priceless stuff. Really gets into their heads and what their thinking was at the time, not just about the genre but what they thought of each other and their music.

I would do pull quotes and comment on them but that would take all the fun out of reading it!

p.s. I can decipher who everyone is in the lead photo except the guy on the left. Who the h*ll is that?

Geezus! You’re right, Kixchix! Which would make total sense with Crosby being there!

That’s it! I must be losing it!

Time to take me up to Metalbrooke Farms and put me out to pasture!

Don't beat yourself up, Metalboy! You are probably just used to seeing him in a do-rag and T-shirt these days.

But if you do head out to the farm, I promise to visit!

Haha!!, HIM! Interestingly, it was revealed in the quips from the history reveal Croucier would bring in whole songs to rehearsal for the band to work on. I wonder which ones?
