Another MORC Free Streaming Event - Featuring Junkyard

Tomorrow, Saturday, June 27, Junkyard will stream a free show on the Monsters of Rock Cruise Facebook page. 5 p.m. ET so don't forget. As Covid cases spike in the south and west, it is more important than ever to distance and do the right thing. Otherwise we are never going to be allowed to have live shows again.

I do not even remember the last concert I attended at this point. It has been that long. Like most folks, I am feeling stir crazy but there is no "normal" right now. These virtual shows are something at least. Grab a laptop, go to your patio with a drink and enjoy some "live" music.

Wash. Mask. Distance. This pandemic is not over and it is not going away anytime soon. At this point I do not see big concerts at all in 2020. The includes the rescheduled M3 Festival. Heck, early 2021 shows are a question mark in my mind now. Be safe. I really hope we can get together at a festival soon.

Wash. Mask. Distance. Unfortunately, none of that will matter as it pertains to live music until the magic make everyone feel safe vaccine is available, and even then you will have people that won't abide and this will cause an uproar, and shows still won't happen because of people and their mindset or ways, screwing it up for everyone else.... and the slippery slope or rabbit hole will continue.

It's going to (at some point in the very near future) be about RISK. Because it will never be not a risk for a very, very long time.

And to answer the thought of my last concert before COVID ? Kiss - David Lee Roth in St Paul, MN. Feb 24th, 3 weeks before the shut down.

I watched the L.A. Guns livestream last week, it was an excellent performance with some technical glitches but what you gonna do? I will probably watch Junkyard this weekend as well, since they are also an awesome live act.

On the COVID subject, I just watched a news piece on the current state of pandemic in USA (from a non-USA broadcaster), it's getting pretty bad down there in certain areas - Texas, Florida and California were highlighted specifically.

We all "hope and pray" for the best, but hopes and prayers don't do anything if the public will not comply with SIMPLE guidelines. Stay smart and stay safe everyone!

Well, I watched the JUNKYARD show and they just absolutely KILLED it!!!

Head and shoulders above Tracii / Phil sh*tshow!

Wish this could be rebroadcast so all who did not tune in originally, would have a second shot at hearing this phenomenal performance!
