This Is Wild: If The Beatles Were Glam

There's a YouTube account called AlteredAnthems. A few days ago, the account shared a glam metal take on the Beatles classic, Revolver. Just check out "Eleanor Rigby" (3:30 mark). This actually works. Wild, but fun.

This represents the height of cringeworthy blasphemy, while at the same time, it has to be one of the most brutally hilarious things I’ve ever exposed my ears to!

The fact the excellent production and deadpan, incredible performances are so well done really adds to just how ironic it all really is!

Could do without the AI driven perpetual loop of morphing faces in the video, however.

I absolutely love when any song goes through a radical rearrangement, but when a computer does all the work, and the host of the Youtube channel is practically begging you to help the video go viral, I'm out. The sad thing is, if actual humans created these exact same arrangements and performed them, I'd likely be impressed. Peace, love and rock 'n' roll to all my BBG peeps in 2025!
