Meet The Beautifully Demolished

The Beautifully Demolished is a new straight-up rock band featuring D.K. Revelle, formally of Jetboy.

The band was formed just over a year ago in Los Angeles. Other band members include Robbi Black (drums), Jamie Moreno (guitar), Jimmy Minj (bass) and Finn Zevo (guitar). The band is actively working on their debut and they plan to tour soon. Their label is High Voltage Music.

Minj - lol - a slang term for a certain part of the female anatomy here in the UK.

The caption is the guy taking the picture has just said - Oh my God do you realise what Minj means in the UK.

All now look suitably unimpressed particulr the beardy bloke in the background - he must be Minj.

Wow. DK Who? Talk about being a minor footnote is a band's history & then using it for all he can to further himself.

For Jetboy offshoots, I'll stick with the excellent American Heartbreak, instead.

Heard about these guys last week on another site. The whole single was streaming on Soundcloud then, although I don't know if it still is. Personally, I think the song is great. Just good solid rock 'n' roll. Yeah, they're probably hyping themselves too much, but the music delivers the goods.

Hahaha!!! Damn funny, Red 6ixx! I think your guess is pretty good who "Minj" is but now I'm curious to find that out.

Like the tune and would love to see these freaks let loose in a video. If the song is "straight up", their "look" sure isn't.

Like their name, too.

p.s. C'mon, Ace! Give 'em a chance! Though I will say, I'm with ya on American Heartbreak. AWESOME band, and gathering from what I hear here, much better than these characters, though I do like 'em, don't get me wrong... There's just different levels of "like" isn't there, before getting to "love"?

AND I will definitely check out Chase The Ace!

Here's some American Heartbreak. Was looking for the song "Fallen Angels", but didn't see it.

I just thought it was wierd, Jetboy was a band I knew pretty much everyone who'd been in the band, from original bassist Todd (R.I.P.) to Fernie, Billy, Finn, Ron, & Sammy, and had never heard of this guy.

Metalboy, I'm at a Diemonds show in Cleveland, Ohio as we speak. Thanks for the heads up.

Awesome, GEO II! How were they? I'm gonna be seeing Diemomds Thursday, May 2nd, at The M-Pre Party, which would not be possible without our own Mr. Rock-It!

Judging from their CD and from what I've heard people say about 'em live, We are in for a REAL treat!

Hope to see everyone at M3! WASP is Gonna ROCK the House Down!

I'll be at M3, but not the Pre party. If anybody is looking for an extra VIP, I have one. I could tell that they were good, but the sound guy screwed it up. I had to struggle to hear the vocals & guitars, because they were too low in the mix. I would check them out again.

drummer robbi black from ALLEYCAT SCRATCH, great hollywood sleaze band form early 90s!

That was my first thought too when I saw Robbi Black...Alleycat Scratch is one of my Sunset Strip faves.

And just being the grammar police here, but if this D.K. cat is no longer singing for Jetboy, he is "formerly" of...not "formally."
