Get Ready: RATT Is Going To Tour

I don't have any information on this yet, but RATT sent out a Tweet last night that a tour is imminent. I was beginning to wonder if any of our beloved bands were going out this summer. So far, it seems pretty quiet when it comes to Glam and summer tours. Maybe we'll get some similar announcements in the next couple of weeks.
TELL THE WORLD THE RATT ATTACK IS GEARING UP FOR SOME 25+ SHOWS BOOKED AND COUNTING.... Details soon.

My second favorite of the REAL Big Four!!!...
1) Crüe
2) RATT
3) Cinderella
4) Poison
p.s. I wonder if they'll play any of the new stuff they've been recording?
Hey Metalboy...was gonna say 'how is he including Cinderella in the Glam BIG 4 (not because I have anything against them, love their music)'. Then I couldn't think of who I'd replace them with. Anyway, I like that...the REAL Big 4.
>^..^<
The Big 4 of Glam Rock are:
1) Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars (Bowie & Mick Ronson)
2) Sweet
3) The New York Dolls (which really were the model for the Glam Metal "Look" more than any other, specifically Johnny Thunders, but who wouldn't have cooked his up without Bowie/Ronson, Sweet & Slade. Poison even copped all Thunders riffs but only after the Sex Pistols. And, of course, his look. Take a look at Thunder's Look and you'll see what I mean!)
4) Slade
Additionally, I think The Stones and Aerosmith also had a big influence. Jagger's make-up and Keef's hair plus Tyler's look and make up along with Perry's hair and clothes, too , added a lot to he look.)
(A little fact checking, Ace, or anyone else, may be in order here.)
RATT & ROLL!
p.s. Thanks, Al! Once again, the hottest info in the biz!
Shawn! Yeah, when I saw RATT in May of last year, I hadn't seen them since Saturday, December 15th, 1990.
Interestingly, that 2012 M3 show marked the first time Juan Croucier, their classic line-up original bassist, had climbed back on stage with them since 1991.
And you know what? They sounded like Croucier never left. Of course, Robbin Crosby obviously wasn't there, as he sadly passed away in 2002. Though no one could ever fill his boots, ex-Quiet Riot lead guitarist, Carlos Cavazo, no stranger to that 80's style L.A. Multiplatinum Metal sound himself, joining RATT in 2008, following John Corabi, as the yang to Warren DiMartini's ying, or wing, I should say, also contributing extensively to "Infestation", having several of his songs included on the album.
When I saw RATT at M3, they were firing on all pistons just as they were when I saw them at the end of 1990. They had the whole sold out venue on it's feet the entire time right up until they went off at 11 PM!
And that was in front of an audience that had just experienced a full day of an Unofficial Metal "Battle of the Bands" that commenced at 11 AM!
And you know what? RATT easily "won", hands down. Totally BADASS!
Shawn, expect the same. RATT is going to ROLL this tour!
