One Creepy KISS Ad

LA KISS arena football kicks off today. To hype the venture, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley released a very creepy TV spot. I'm a huge football fan, so I'd definitely be down for a KISS game... but I think I would have gone a different way with the advertising.

I don't see what was even remotely creepy about that. In fact, I thought it was funny, & actually pretty clever.

I went to KISS's kick-off celebration/ unmasked & unplugged acoustic show the other night, it was pretty cool, too.

I'm sorry but the whole KISS thing has gotten so stale for me. I love football but I think this is ridiculous. I get that they want to make money, and they really could care less about the music, but anything associated with KISS has just been ridiculous. They're the leaders in why Rock n roll is losing it's edge.

I'm not sorry, Kiss have always sucked and Gene is persistent on making it very hard for anybody to take them seriously. I hate football and this is ridiculous. I get that they want to make money, and they really could care less about the music, but anything associated with Kiss has always been ridiculous. They hate glam metal and mock all of their fans with constant sell out moves. They're the leaders in why glam metal has lost it's edge. They have no credibility never have, never will.
