You Just Can't Help Some People

Apparently being the drummer of AC/DC isn't awesome or something. I know it must be just brutal, playing for massive crowds and making millions of dollars. Now Phil Rudd is back in trouble with the law, as he breached his home detention. As a result, I'm assuming Chris Slade is going to get a permanent spot in AC/DC now. I could be wrong, but I don't see how Rudd comes back from this.

He struck me as the most mild mannered nicest guy wearing wire frame glasses, looking more like a bookish Harvard professor than One of THE Greatest Rock & Roll Drummers in History! I give the latter assertion from the vantage point of having seen AC/DC 14 times, just under half of them at point blank range, beginning in 1978 off "Powerage", through "Highway to Hell" and "Back in Black" up to "For Those About to Rock We Salute You". It wasn't until "Ballbreaker", that I saw AC/DC again and coincidentally, Phil, thrashing away while I watched from the 6th row at Madison Square Garden.
So, it's just occurred to me, I've never seen AC/DC with another drummer and I aim to keep it that way! Get well and hurry back, Phil! It just ain't the same without you. Just ask Angus!
