Nice bill, I wish Pete Way was healthy enough to join the boys but I can live with a former Spread Eagle dude too. Saxon's touring Europe at the moment with Girlschool opening.

UFO has always been a great live act. Always better when Micheal Schenker is involved, but oh well.
Vinne Moore on guitar is no slouch.
I have no idea what that L.A. venue is.

They were awesome 4 years ago when I last saw them, just outside L.A.

I saw UFO around the same time as you, Ace, on The Monsters of Rock Cruise and they killed it. Perhaps one of only two good things Eddie Chump has ever done in his life is get U.F.O. on that ship. The other was getting Saxon on it, too, because they also killed it!

If I've got the bread and the time, I would try to catch them in New York on March 29th or 30th!

I've never understood the fascination with this band. Maybe it's because some well known dudes started with this band? Idk but I've tried to listen to this and it's almost like aor Classic Rock or something. Definitely not hard rock or metal, though. They have absolutely zero songs that anyone that's not a diehard fan, would know, though. That much I do know.

Mar. 14 - San Diego, CA @ House Of Blues. I am absolutely there. I saw UFO a few years ago at a tiny club in San Diego called Brick By Brick. Phil Mogg still has great pipes, and Vinny Moore has really figured out how to mold his amazing chops into the hard rock groove of UFO. Should be a great night of music.

Comedy gold Bkallday. I'm far from a diehard fan but even I know classics like Doctor Doctor and Rock Bottom.

And if they're truly "classics", don't you think I should occasionally hear them on the radio, or Sirius?

Duck everyone! Bkallday is, yet again, painting with a very large, and very general, brush.

The Oracle at Delphi, he ain't. But when it comes to interpreting his opinions as wide-ranging facts, he is always spot on. Preach, b (I get tired of writing the whole thing). Preach!
