'Propaganda Fashion' -- Lyric Video

Queensryche has a new lyric video out today. It's for the track "Propaganda Fashion." The song is from the album The Verdict. It's not classic Queensryche - but it is pretty good. Thoughts?

Eh. I thought the newest Queensryche was just okay and nothing special. Saw em live a couple times in the last year and they still kill it though, Todd is a hell of a frontman.

Agreed, Dj. Live they still bring it. And Wilton and Jackson seem to have a bit of renewed energy on the stage. La Torre nails the songs and seems to be finding his way as a front man. I even give them this: the new songs they do play live (well, as recently as March when I saw them) fit pretty well into what was, generally speaking, a deep cuts and greatest hits set. I thought the show was well worth the money.

That said, this song . . . let me be diplomatic: if they released this with Tate, I think some would complain that it was 'Ryche messing with their sound, changing things up, moving too far away from what the fans want. A band can't win, I guess. But I will still support them live, esp. when they bring good opening acts on the road with them.

Love the new cd, and love every song on it, except for one. And this song is the one. Lol. This song flat out sucks but the rest of the cd is killer! Just my opinions of course.

Oh I agree with how well the new material sits with the classics in a live set, definately not a "bathroom break" or "go buy another beer" moment. Even the most casual Queensryche fans should go support them as a live act. The tickets/merch are reasonably priced, and they do usually have a good support act.
