Sebastian Bach Leaves Door Open for Skid Row Reunion

Sebastian Bach is ready to hit the road to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the debut Skid Row album. Bach talked about the tour on Eddie Trunk's radio show yesterday and also said he would be performing the self-titled Skid Row debut in its entirety at the Whisky A Go-Go and will do the entire Slave to the Grind album the next night at that venue as well. Those two Los Angeles dates are the only stops on the tour where this will happen.
During the interview, Bach also publicly offered any of the original Skids to join him on stage during the tour. He said he doubts it will happen... but hopes that it does. This might just be the ice breaker we need. In my mind, if some of the guys don't get together and jam this 30th anniversary year, it just won't happen ever.

Shame cuz I’m a fan!
Too bad there isn’t someone out there with the cash to make their problems with Bach go away as many have pointed out on here previously, unfortunately, it always comes down to do-re-mi, pun intended.
Imagine the TV show you could do called “Rock Reunited” with each episode featuring a different band reuniting even if just for a one-off. PLEASE somebody steal this idea and door! It could go something like this:
Episode 1: Skid Row reunited with Sebastian Bach
Episode 2: L.A. Guns classic line-up gets back together
Episode 3: Cheap Trick together again with Bun E. Carlos
Episode 4: Blondie classic line-up back together
Episode 5: RATT with the remaining living members of the classic line up plus Carlos Cavazo
Episode 6: Whitesnake “Still of the Night” era classic line-up reunited
Episode 7: (Grand Finale) Van Halen together again with Michael Anthony
Any other suggestions?
p.s. Reality is as far as Bach is concerned, they should just rename themselves SKID NO!
Episode 8 - Deep Purple with Ritchie Blackmore
Episode 9 - Black Sabbath with Bill Ward
Episode 10 - Bulletboys with original members- Torien, Sweda, D'Anda, Vencent
Episode 11 - White Lion with classic lineup
Episode 12 - Cinderella with classic lineup
Sounds like a great first season!
I actually saw three of those five bands including Cinderella three times, one of them being their last show which took place on The Monsters of Rock Cruise several years ago. Also, Bulletboys in their prime off their first album at The Cat Club and White Lion with the incredible Vito Bratta.
That said, I am kicking myself I never saw Deep Purple OR Black Sabbath and if I get chastised on here for it, I deserve it! But before you guys do just realize I DID see Led Zeppelin in ‘77 and over 200+ shows including nearly ALL of our Glam Metal heroes, literally from A-Z (Aerosmith to Zappa with lots of biggies of various forms of Metal, Hard Rock and Punk including original or classic line ups of Alice In Chains, Priest, KISS, Skynyrd, Metallica, Gn’R 5 times including the last club gig they ever played, Sex Pistols, Ramones and so on).
It seems like a long shot to get Van Halen, Purple or Black Sabbath but if the show made enough millions, it seems feasible they could pull it off. The bands would make way more than just playing the gig because of all the advertising revenue generated from television. Just imagine Sabbath or Purple playing live at Madison Square Garden or AT&T Stadium!
And speaking of Guns N’ Roses ... okay, okay, I just woke up from my Rock & Roll Dream!
Though it ain’t exactly Zeppelin, we should include Faster Pussycat!
Skid Row, White Lion, Cinderella, RATT, L.A. Guns, Bulletboys, Faster Pussycat are probably the most feasible.
What if we could just get them to do ONE!
That would be a miracle in itself!
Michaels just doesn’t get it. Why on earth does he believe anyone needs to hear covers in a Poison set list has always been one of the great mysteries of Rock & Roll to me.
I bet if they just tried playing “Look What The Cat Dragged In” all the way through with a few hits from some of their other albums tacked on, Michaels might be very surprised at the response.
I say, “might be”, because I actually wonder if he could sustain his voice singing a full set of only Poison songs whereas approximating mid-range covers like “What I Like About You” and “Your Manna Don’t Dance” can sometimes sort of mask that.
I'll gladly go see Skid Row with no Bach and see Sebastian solo, I've seen both in the past year and they're both good, two different shows though.
