Fozzy Reschedules Tour

Back in my Dayton City Paper days I interviewed Chris Jericho of Fozzy. A nice guy and I like some of his music. Like the rest of the entertainment world, Jericho's livelihood has been put on hold. Fozzy was set to tour - but has now pushed dates back into late summer. I hope the dates were pushed enough. COVID-19 isn't going away anytime soon.

Having never really gotten into Fozzy, this is from an outsider. Initially, I was a bit leery of his wrestling-meets-metal pedigree. I admit, a bias. But then I watched interviews with him and he seemed like a decent guy with a true love of metal backing him. Even though I didn't particularly like his music, I was very much in a camp that said, "Cool, another person spreading the word!"
So, the question: has he gotten to the point where he overstates his bona fides? In the past few years, the guy seems to be hunting for attention, not getting it because of his love of metal. I also found that whole 'controversy' a few months ago a bit annoying. I wish he had just owned that he was singing to a track. Hell, so many of them do these days. I don't expect that his fans are expecting operatic glory. They want rock. So he adds a bit of sweetener. Okay, own it.
Just curious. Other posters please feel free to chime in.
