Monsters On The Mountain Announces Bands

Monsters on the Mountain is a new festival that will take place this fall in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Some of the bands just announced for the event include KIX, Vince Neil, Night Ranger and many more. Apparently more bands are being announced this week. The show will be all indoor and "intimate" according to a Facebook post from the organizers.

The show is being put on by the same folks that do the Monsters of Rock Cruise. Tickets are General Admission - but no word yet on pricing.

i hope it works out. but do we really need a new festival? we all know if it lasts, in 3 years none of these bands will be back and it’ll be dominated by korn and slipknot era bands.

Seeing the original lineup of the Bulletboys makes this worth the trip!

@stu - I really don't think that will be the case here, this is the Monsters Of Rock Cruise organizers, and they are pretty committed to their niche of "Metal Edge / Headbanger's Ball" era bands. This is them staging a land festival, because who knows when the Cruise industry will open back up (and in what capacity).

@Jeff, I would also love to see the OG Bulletboys. I did see them once back in the day, by all accounts these guys can still pull it off live in 2021. Mick Sweda is a badass guitarist.

I was lucky enough to see BULLETBOYS twice back in the day, point blank off the first two albums and they did not disappoint! ... And, from what I heard, they still got it! ...
