'Giddy Up' -- New David Lee Roth Song

You read that title correct: we've got new David Lee Roth music to enjoy. The song is called "Giddy Up" and as the name suggests, there is a little twang. The song is from Roth's web comic book called The Roth Project. Roth collaborated with John 5 on the track and a few others from the comic book series.
The songs were written and recorded several years ago. Sort of makes you wonder how many completed tracks Diamond Dave is sitting on... and when (if ever) we will get to hear them!

Side note to Metalboy!: You often reference "Unfunny Gary", who is this lad that you always dismiss? I'd like to meet him. I met Sara Packer and told everyone (tried to tell) that she was nuts. Too bad Nikki didn't listen. Oh, and Val? She was walked out of her position as lead attorney a couple years later.
As Pam would tell me. "all good things come to those who wait". Worst advice I was given, or best?
Get back in the studio, Dave! Finish this art.
And yes, I have heard some his previous performances which were so bad they were laughable. In fact, look on You Tube and you will see search lists for Vince Neil's Bad Singing lol. Wow, And I've seen those clips and Lord Almighty, they were terrible. Horrendous even.
That said, I have not given up all hope for him. I saw them last in the summer of 2015 and he was great that night. They all were. He can do it. I just know he can.
He needs to show some discipline. Lose some weight. Get his stamina up. That is possible. He needs to stop being a lazy @#%6 and get in good shape. Age is not a factor. Sure it gets harder the older you get but I've done it and I know it takes discipline and hard work.
Put down the booze and wings and go to the gym. Simple as that.
To those with better minds: how much 'sweetening' do you think was done to the vocals? Personally, I think this is right where his voice needs to sit for songs these days. And, for the most part, I think that some of the better tracks on ADKOT gravitated to this sort of range. Granted, DLR can be rough live (I mean, really rough). He tries too hard. He lets his patter create a splatter-effect when it is time to turn to the actual songs or return to the yelps of old. But, boy oh boy, can he spin a yarn (he should know, he spins the same ones all the time!).
As a fanboy, DLR's output is spotty . . . if inspired. His artwork is an acquired taste . . . and many want seconds. I am glad to see he is staying active. I only wish he finished his Vegas shows. I would have loved to see him one last time. Perhaps I will. We are all just living on borrowed time. And Dave lends its like he sees it.
Tip your waiter. Try the veal.
