It Really Is Halloween

I've been having one truly bonkers workday. It is certainly living up to Halloween - at least where I'm concerned. It's like everyone has gone batty or something and all at once, too.

Anyway, since it is Halloween, there's nothing better than spinning some Alice Cooper while passing out treats. Or while working. Or running. Or even just sitting around.

Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie Announce Tour

It's approproately called "Freaks on Parade" because Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie are heading out on tour together. Even better, Filter and Ministry and joining them on the road, too! Tickets on sale next Tuesday!

This is a late summer run so I sort of wonder if earlier dates will be added, but we will see. Regardless if there is a date near you, my advice is to go. I've seen every act on this bill live and they are all awesome - especially Cooper of course!

'Welcome To The Show' -- New Alice Cooper Song

Alice Cooper has shared another new single from his upcoming album Road due later this month.

The new song is called "Welcome To The Show" and hitmaker and longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin shares some of the writing credit on this one. It's a fun, rocking song and good for driving and also has a 70s feel. Definitely fits the theme of the album!

Alice Cooper has a new song and video out today. It is called "White Line Frankenstein." The song is on the upcoming album Road due next month. Alice also announced some fall tour dates this morning. The man has endless energy, I swear!

Apparently, It's Concert Week

I hate promoting Live Nation / Ticketmaster, but I feel like passing this along: it's concert week and tickets for select shows are $25. On the list of shows is The World Tour (Def Leppard, Motley Crue) and also Alice Cooper with Rob Zombie. There's a lot of country acts on the list, but also apparently Snoop Dog and Shinedown.

Availability depends on concert venue / city, so good luck and happy bargain hunting.
