'Bang Your Head' Tour Planned

More summer concert news! Quiet Riot will team up with the Bulletboys, Faster Pussycat and Gilby Clarke for the Bang Your Head tour! So far, an official string of dates hasn't been announced, but Quiet Riot is announcing shows one by one on their official Facebook page.

I'm actually putting together a piece on Quiet Riot this weekend for the Dayton City Paper. Quiet Riot is playing a venue not too far from me next month, so I'll probably check it out. When the official tour routing for Bang Your Head is released, I'll post it here.

I never had the chance to see Quiet Riot. It sucks that it wont be with Kevin, and Faster Pussycat only has half the original band. But regardless if this rolls into my town, me being the metalhead I am, I cant turn it down. Looks like a cool tour. Id go.

I'd go to this show in a second if it comes my way.

The only original member in FP is Taime, they're still fun to see though. I'd go if I could.

I'd. Rather just see Faster Pussycat & Bulletboys play longer sets. I am a huge fan of QR but they are just a joke now switching singers regularly and while I forget who it is singing for them now I just have lost interest.

I've been seeing Quiet Riot since long before any of the current members were in the band. They never fail to put on a good show. The same goes for Gilby, he's been a buddy since the late 70's & truly knows how to work a stage. Both FP & BB are there "in name only"... it's one guy from the glory days & a bunch of replacements.

At least QR & Gilby will make it worth attending.

Reptileblvd,

Quiet Riot's current lead vocalist is Jizzy Pearl who in the late 80's led Love/Hate... He also did stints in Ratt, & LA Guns. He actually fits in Quiet Riot. Kevin is a hard vocalist to follow up.

Cool pic of the greatest guitarist ever Ace. Hard to believe it'll be 32 years this Wednesday that he was taken away.
