Make Some Noise

I have stumbled upon the most epic video of all time. All hail the Slave Raider video for "Make Some Noise." I swear, it's got big hair, parachute pants and bad eye makeup. Really, this is a thing of beauty. Like, Slave Raider were ahead of their time or something. Gang chorus for the win!

There's Bada*s with a capital "B" and then there's BADA*S with every letter capitalized!

This is the latter.

110% BADA*S!!!

Was that a chainsaw?!?!?! Hmm thought Jackyl originated that. Yes Jesse actually played it !!!!

Chorus sounds familiar but I don't think I've heard it. Mark of a catchy tune. Great find, I ll be singing that randomly all day.
MAKE NOISE!!!

Oh hell yeah! It's completely over-the-top party tunes like this that make me miss the roaring 80s sometimes.

Used to read about these guys in Kerrang! all the time back in the day - good times and fun music.

"Chainsaw", the lead singer formed and now manages the widely popular bombastic celebration of arena rock known as HAIRBALL. They recorded this song with members of hairball, and it is available on iTunes. Check out their website www.hairballonline.com and if they are anywhere close, go see them! It's a guaranteed good time!

I like Hairball's version. I agree with Tony...if you ever get a chance to see Hairball you won't be disappointed.

I grew up in Minnesota, and was VERY VERY fortunate to SEE Slave Raider LIVE when they played here locally. They were a Minneapolis band with TONS of talent. Chainsaw Cain (lead singer) did the chainsaw gig at LEAST 5 years before Jessie did in Jackyl. I PERSONALLY think Jackyl was a DIRECT rip off of the Slave Raider sound, NOT JUST the chainsaw. Jackyl WAS Slave Raider, they just took the sound to the masses.
