'Alligator Pants' -- New David Lee Roth

Old Diamond Dave likes to surprise us.


David Lee Roth posted the track "Alligator Pants" online yesterday with no explanation or fanfare. He just dropped the track and took off! No clue if the song is related to a larger project, but enjoy nonetheless. It's catchy as hell.

Roth meets The Zombies with a little “Paperback Writer” era Beatles thrown in with some very amusing lyrics = something approaching a novelty song for him …

A far cry from “Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love” but then again so was his cover of “Just A Gigalo” and this is just as strange.

As HIM has mentioned before, Roth always had a penchant for bizarre lyrics and this is no exception!
