'Renegades' -- New L.A. Guns Track

Steve Riley's version of L.A. Guns has a new song out today. It is called "Renegades" from the upcoming album of the same name.

The song is fine but it is just not L.A. Guns to me. I still think it would have been better for Riley and Kelly Nickles to pick a new band name and go forward, but I suppose it would have been too hard to get bookings. Listen below:

Pink Floyd Delay 'Delicate Sound of Thunder' Cinema Release

A restored version of Pink Floyd concert film Delicate Sound of Thunder was supposed to hit theaters in October. In fact, the band Tweeted as much just days ago. Within 24 hours, the band changed course and announced the cinematic release would be delayed.

Fans voiced concerns about seeing the film in theaters during the pandemic. The film was originally released in 1989 on VHS and is footage of the 1987 A Momentary Lapse of Reason tour. Visit the official film website for more information and to join a waiting list to purchase tickets when a new premiere date is announced.

No Trans-Siberian Orchestra This Christmas

Another tradition bites the dust because of Covid19. The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will not tour this fall and holiday season. The band waited as long as possible, but ultimately canceled their plans today. I know a lot of people have a TSO concert as part of their annual holiday tradition. Perhaps there will be a live streamed concert at least. In case you were wondering, there are 125 days until Christmas.

Queen Tease Big Announcement For Tomorrow!

I hope Queen + Adam Lambert announce another full tour for 2021. Many dates were canceled due to the pandemic. I did not get to see them when they came to Ohio last summer because I was on vacation. Seeing them live is a dream of mine.
