Monday, March 24, 2014 at 12:01AM Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 12:02AM Rare Glam Sunday! Tipsy Wit were a French Glam act, their debut Songs and Dreams hitting stores (and MTV) right around 1991. For whatever reason, the band never caught on. I guess I can understand not making it in America but I'm surprised the band didn't have more of a go in their native France since there aren't many hard rock or metal bands that come from that country. Alas, it wasn't meant to be but we do have this video to remember them by!
Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 12:01AM Aerosmith is going to tour America and Slash with Myles Kennedy will provide support. Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry broke the news via Twitter yesterday. So far, no word on dates or ticket prices. Put me down for some first class tickets on this one. Aerosmith is my favorite band and the glam husband has never seen them live, so we definitely want good seats. Needless to say I'm very excited about this one.

The track is thrashy metal -- basically old school Metallica. Already, it seems like the Internet is divided into two camps on this one. One faction absolutely loves the track and the return to the classic sound. The other faction hates every new Metallica song period. You can go ahead and put me in the first camp. So where are you?
