2023 Rock Hall Of Fame Class Announced

Once again, Iron Maiden was snubbed and won't be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. On the plus side, George Michael will be inducted and he is very deserving of the honor. Rage Against The Machine will also be inducted and they deserve it too.

I'm not exactly sure what the Rock Hall has against Iron Maiden, but it seems like there's an overt bias against them at this point.

Drummer Jimmy Chalfant Performs With KIX Again

The headline says it all! Drummer Jimmy "Chocolate" Chalfant is back behind the kit with KIX! He performed with the band during the Monsters of the Rock Cruise a few days ago. About six months ago, Jimmy collapsed on stage during a live performance. He has a known heart condition and had a heart attack before the incident six months ago. During the stage collapse, Jimmy was unconscious and revived. He's been recovering ever since and it is good to see him back on stage!

I bet the Monsters of Rock Cruise was a ball.

Aerosmith Announce Farewell Tour, 'Peace Out'

Aerosmith will begin their farewell tour, called "Peace Out," this September in North America. The band announced dates this morning. Sadly, drummer Joey Kramer is not going on tour with the rest of Aerosmith. John Douglas will continue to fill-in on drums.

I'll be targeting the January 4 date in Cincinnati. This is a massive tour at big venues. Tickets will be high. They go on sale Friday. Click below to see all the dates (so far).
