Check Out Tom Keifer's New Video

Tom Keifer released a video for the song "Solid Ground." The song is from Tom's solo debut, due out April 30. The track is super strong. If you agree, you can buy it now on iTunes.

Well listen up to tom's keifer's solid ground (a smoothe variance of feet firmly planted 'in' the ground).
again people, you wanted rock and roll. you just got it. consider yourself very fuckin' lucky! very lucky!!!
support tom keifer and buy this song the the aforementioned album.
now with that. goodbye. check me out on other forums. I can still be the asshole when you require me to be. peace
Now tell me he's not channeling Rod Stewart doing "Every Picture Tells A Story" !
And damn if he doesn't know how to get the BEST recorded guitar sounds! GO Tom.
Tom: stay the current course. so far, so good (albeit, the cancellations on your solo tour and don't even get "me" started about your no-show on MOR cruise. oh yeah, I forgot, you were "sick"- what? no doctors, antibiotics or "steroids" on a cruise line? anyway, I disgress.
Tom: I am so stoked about your solo career now. Don't forget about Cinderella, but after 'fronting' [your] music and "your band" for so long, I am so supporting your solo effort right now...bar none!
trust me, I know it can be a pain in the ass dealing with an hyperactive jeff labar, who coupled with alcohol and (god knows what else) could put cc deville's partying to shame. I feel sorry a lot of times for deb, who has to deal with his rock star behavior full time. I'm sure (god love him), it is nightmarish.
Then, dealing with eric's alcohol addiction and cocaine exploits, might be bad enough (even though it's fun for you to dabble with him on occasion since you guys go way back), but who wants to deal with the 87 members of his extended family who want and demand first class treatment at every show. Sure, you do it once or twice, but then it becomes expected??? WTF! Who wants to deal with that? At least you got some of 'em quieting up on facebook and other websites and not speaking for you anymore. trust me. I noticed!
and fred??? jesus h christ! he truly believes that he should get the lion's share of cinderella...or at least his "fair" share. Um, to me, he was always a hired gun to begin with. that's why he got hired right before the release of NS and didn't even play on the first two albums and then, in a move to show his worth, he left cinderella to have the oh-so-stellar career in arcade.
sooooo, take it smoothe right now tom, stay frosty and when the time is right (you'll know it), get back and enjoy your work with cinderella, too. hell, even give carey his well-earned (snicker) back stage passes and front row seats...and throw some extra bones (money) to they guys. They've helped you this far. it's only being a true rock star, to do so. trust me.
But I sincerely hope they do get back together once he gets this out of his system,'cause they are a fuckin' powerhouse when the 4 of them are firing on all cylinders.
I saw them where they headlined and performed for 5 people (myself included) and three patrons even left after the frist few songs. Then it was 2 of us...and I stayed for the entire set (out of catholic guilt) even though I was embarressed as hell... and even then, eric still wouldn't give me the time of day afterward and blew me off at the bar. what do you have to say about your precious son-in-law, carey? he can be a real fuckin' prick. inga was cool and gave me a respectful nod and apolegetic shrug (while eric wasn't looking, of course). really, eric? I'm the one you wanted to take on? no wonder tom is currently solo. I don't blame him at all.
life is too funny sometimes. and sometimes, just too funny. y'know?
As for how they got the name, that's CLASSIC!!!!!I never knew that!
BTW, the bar where I saw them was the Sterling in Allentown, PA. I'm sure you've heard of it. Local act, live wire, (not "thee" Live Wyre- AC/DC tribute) but local "live wire" who perform a lot of ac/dc, opened for them and had about 50 people there; mostly friends and family and when they left the stage, so did their following. leaving me, a girl who LOVED cinderella (and inga) and three guys who (again), left after a few songs.
Yeah, when eric blew me off big time (I had album cover and sharpie in hand) and was about to buy the band a round (as I did earlier on the down low), but when he blew me off, I thought, Hmmm...this will take a while, but I'll fuck with him at some point. I guess now is the point.
anyway...next time I run into him with my sharpie and vinyl album cover, he will probably sign it graciously. who knows. actually, who cares.
Of course, that may have sumthin' to do with the fact that I told each member individually, save for LeBar, though I want to tell him the same regardless of he and I almost gettin' into a scurfuffle in the boat's cafeteria last year, and that is, "You're a legend."
If you've seen Cinderella firing on all pistons, which I have had the pleasure of experiencing all 3 times I have seen 'em, well, then YOU KNOW they're one of THE MOST Bada*s Bands on the planet.
Though I don't question for a moment that Tom Keifer is incredible solo live and that his new record is incredible, I do hope he'll make the effort to work with the boyz to put out a new Cinderella album.
Granted, I'm only judging him from the recent solo gig vids, but isn't this a similar situation to Jagger, someone Keifer emulates just as Tyler does (though Tyler duzn't resemble Jagger as much as Tom)?
Jagger's great and all solo, but he's SO MUCH better with The Stones. I get the situation is not identical as Richards and Wood obviously contribute significantly more than LeBar and Brittingham contribute to Cinderella.
I contend Keifer is better in Cinderella than solo. He just oughtta come up with some new tunes for Cinderella on par or better than his solo stuff. That would make the fans AND the band happy. Hell, I had Brittingham tell me personally on MORC, out of earshot of everyone, and I quote, "I would LOVE to get back in the studio."
So, Tom, once and for all, for the fans, for the band, hell, for yourself, put out a new Cinderella album. Sure, it might shock a few of us but it also just might, against all odds, shock the World! Whatever it does, you can bet it will be a helluvan album!
